Dominó Monte Pratas

Produced in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The name "Altitude" refers to the altitude of the vineyards, which are located in the Serra de São Mamede mountain range, in century-old vines, with the main vineyard at 675 meters altitude. Natural fermentation and aging for 9 months on fine lees in cement tanks and oak barrels.

Cabeças do Reguengo Equinócio Branco is a unique white wine crafted from 14 ancient grape varieties grown in an old vineyard at 598 meters in the Serra de São Mamede. Fermented naturally and aged for 15 months in used barrels, this unfiltered wine boasts a rich and complex character, reflective of its granitic soils and massal selection dating back to the early 20th century.

Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Lagar Branco is a unique white wine made from centenary vineyards, blending traditional techniques and natural winemaking. With exotic aromas and a balanced palate, this wine combines foot-crushed grapes and talha (amphora) fermentation, creating a truly artisanal expression of Serra de São Mamede’s terroir.

Cabeças do Reguengo Luar Tinto is a medium-bodied, juicy, and gastronomic red wine made from a field blend of five centenary vineyards in Serra de São Mamede. Naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in old barrels and cement tanks, it delivers freshness and balance, ideal for pairing with food.

Cabeças do Reguengo Vira Cabeças Tinto is an exquisite red wine crafted from a field blend of 12 grape varieties grown in five old vineyards in Serra de São Mamede. Aged for 20 months in 1,000-liter semi-new oak barrels, this "Slow Wine" emphasizes harmony between nature and winemaking, with only 2,650 bottles produced.
