Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Altitude
Produced in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The name "Altitude" refers to the altitude of the vineyards, which are located in the Serra de São Mamede mountain range, in century-old vines, with the main vineyard at 675 meters altitude. Natural fermentation and aging for 9 months on fine lees in cement tanks and oak barrels.

This sparkling wine is produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety planted in vineyards of sandy and clay-limestone soils. Harvested at the beginning of September to maintain acidity and to improve the quality of the grapes remaining on the vines for the production of red wine.
