Cabeças do Reguengo Quartzo Branco is an elegant white wine crafted from 10 native grape varieties grown in old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede. Naturally fermented and aged for 15 months in new oak, it exudes refined minerality and a harmonious balance of acidity and texture.
Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Lagar Branco is a unique white wine made from centenary vineyards, blending traditional techniques and natural winemaking. With exotic aromas and a balanced palate, this wine combines foot-crushed grapes and talha (amphora) fermentation, creating a truly artisanal expression of Serra de São Mamede’s terroir.
This wine is a co-fermentation of 20% white grapes (mainly Gouveio, Arinto, and Rabigato) and 80% red grapes (mainly Tinta Barroca picked from the coolest spot in the vineyard near a stream and lots of trees), that is done in old granite lagars without any temperature control. After only 4 days, the wine went to a vertical press and then aged in stainless steel tanks over the winter for a gravity-led bottling without any fining or filtration. The resulting wine is low in extraction, low in alcohol, and wildly expressive and aromatic
