Cabeças do Reguengo Quartzo Branco is an elegant white wine crafted from 10 native grape varieties grown in old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede. Naturally fermented and aged for 15 months in new oak, it exudes refined minerality and a harmonious balance of acidity and texture.
Field Blend, 70% red grapes, and 30% white grapes, including Vinhão, Borraçal, Espadeiro, Arinto e Loureiro. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, in clay amphora.
Only adding chestnut flower, to estabilize the wine, biologicaly.
Rubi colour, open and translucid. Wild red fruits, floral hues, smoky touch. Vibrant, fresh, lively acidity, and juicy profile
Family-run production with manual harvesting. Total destemming of the bunches without crushing the grapes, maceration and start of fermentation in vats, of the varieties separately and with spontaneous yeasts for 7 days. Fermentation was completed, 50% in used French oak barrels, and 50% in stainless steel tanks, remaining there for 10 months respectively. It was not fined or filtered.
Vineyard blend in different winemaking styles. Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Cercial do Douro and Verdelho ferment freely in tanks and barrels, partly through carbonic fermentation. Minerality and salinity, good volume and freshness.

Pablo Soldavini O Branco is a remarkable, low-intervention Albariño that showcases the purity and complexity of Galicia’s terroir. Sourced from pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines in the Salnés Valley, this wine is naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in large 750L barrels. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential.
