Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Lagar Branco is a unique white wine made from centenary vineyards, blending traditional techniques and natural winemaking. With exotic aromas and a balanced palate, this wine combines foot-crushed grapes and talha (amphora) fermentation, creating a truly artisanal expression of Serra de São Mamede’s terroir.
Cabeças do Reguengo Vira Cabeças Tinto is an exquisite red wine crafted from a field blend of 12 grape varieties grown in five old vineyards in Serra de São Mamede. Aged for 20 months in 1,000-liter semi-new oak barrels, this "Slow Wine" emphasizes harmony between nature and winemaking, with only 2,650 bottles produced.
Family-run production with manual harvesting. Total destemming of the bunches without crushing the grapes, maceration and start of fermentation in vats, of the varieties separately and with spontaneous yeasts for 7 days. Fermentation was completed, 50% in used French oak barrels, and 50% in stainless steel tanks, remaining there for 10 months respectively. It was not fined or filtered.
Vineyard blend in different winemaking styles. Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Cercial do Douro and Verdelho ferment freely in tanks and barrels, partly through carbonic fermentation. Minerality and salinity, good volume and freshness.
Traditional vineyard with free fermentation of whole bunches in the lagar, using carbonic fermentation. A light, old-fashioned, farmer's red wine.
