Made from 100% grapes, it is crafted using ancient Roman methods by fermenting the wine with skin contact in traditional, beeswax-lined clay amphorae without any added sulfites. bone-dry, crisp orange wine featuring complex aromas of orange blossom, citrus peel, and white pepper, all balanced by a deeply mineral and saline finish. |
A blend of 50% Alvarelhão and 50% Vinhão grapes, this crisp, bright pink rosé bursts with lively aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, pomegranate, and a touch of citrus peel. Piquette or "Água-pé" is a light and refreshing alcoholic beverage, made by adding water to the grape's pomace.
Passo's Piquette is made using mainly Loureiro, and with only 5% ABV, flowery and citric notes, cripy acidity, fine bubbles and gastronomic. Ideal as an aperitif.
