Marc Kreydenweiss Au Dessus de la Loi 2022 is a refined and terroir-driven Riesling from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Andlau, Alsace. Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a pure and elegant expression of Chardonnay, sourced from the best parcels on the southern slopes of Épernay. Crafted using biodynamic and sustainable practices, this Champagne blends energy and complexity, with 50% reserve wines aged in barrels. Aged on fine lees with partial malolactic fermentation, it offers bright citrus, green apple, and chalky minerality, all wrapped in a precise, zero-dosage finish. A Champagne of purity and finesse.

Pablo Soldavini O Branco is a remarkable, low-intervention Albariño that showcases the purity and complexity of Galicia’s terroir. Sourced from pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines in the Salnés Valley, this wine is naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in large 750L barrels. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential. Fresh, textured, and deeply expressive, O Branco is an Albariño like no other.
These grapes were sourced from a centenary vineyard located 100 meters from the right margin of the Tâmega river in the Trás-os-Montes region, near the town of Vidago. Here the traces of the past are everywhere. A two thousand year old roman bridge crossing the river nearby. Monasteries from the 11th and 12th century as well as traces of history from two hundred years of the Kingdom of the Suebi. A Germanic tribe who controlled Galiza and Northern Portugal (from the 5th to the 7th Century).
