Envínate La Santa de Úrsula 2022 is a rare and distinctive volcanic red wine from the north-facing slopes of La Corujera in Tenerife. Crafted from centenary, ungrafted vines grown in red basalt soils, this elegant blend of Listán Negro, Negramoll, and Listán Blanco undergoes natural fermentation, including partial carbonic maceration, and is aged for eight months in neutral French oak.
