Envínate Táganan Blanco 2022 is a stunning natural white wine from Tenerife, sourced from old vineyards planted on volcanic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A blend of native varieties, including Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, this unfiltered and unclarified wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for eight months on lees in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a mineral-driven, saline, and texturally complex white wine that beautifully reflects its rugged terroir.
Envínate Migan 2022 is an elegant and terroir-driven red wine crafted from ancient, pre-phylloxera Listán Negro vines trained in the historic Cordón Trenzado system. Pablo Soldavini O Branco is a remarkable, low-intervention Albariño that showcases the purity and complexity of Galicia’s terroir. Sourced from pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines in the Salnés Valley, this wine is naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in large 750L barrels. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential. Fresh, textured, and deeply expressive, O Branco is an Albariño like no other.
