      Pablo Soldavini O Branco is a remarkable, low-intervention Albariño that showcases the purity and complexity of Galicia’s terroir. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential.
