Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Lagar Branco is a unique white wine made from centenary vineyards, blending traditional techniques and natural winemaking. This wine is a co-fermentation of 20% white grapes (mainly Gouveio, Arinto, and Rabigato) and 80% red grapes (mainly Tinta Barroca picked from the coolest spot in the vineyard near a stream and lots of trees), that is done in old granite lagars without any temperature control. After only 4 days, the wine went to a vertical press and then aged in stainless steel tanks over the winter for a gravity-led bottling without any fining or filtration. The resulting wine is low in extraction, low in alcohol, and wildly expressive and aromatic

Pablo Soldavini O Branco is a remarkable, low-intervention Albariño that showcases the purity and complexity of Galicia’s terroir. Sourced from pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines in the Salnés Valley, this wine is naturally fermented and aged for 12 months in large 750L barrels. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential. Fresh, textured, and deeply expressive, O Branco is an Albariño like no other.
