Envínate Migan 2022 is an elegant and terroir-driven red wine crafted from ancient, pre-phylloxera Listán Negro vines trained in the historic Cordón Trenzado system. Sourced from two distinct high-altitude volcanic vineyards in Valle de la Orotava, this wine undergoes natural fermentation with partial whole-cluster inclusion and is aged for 11 months in old French barrels. The result is a light yet profoundly complex wine, showcasing red fruit, floral notes, and an earthy mineral core.
