Cabeças do Reguengo Quartzo Branco is an elegant white wine crafted from 10 native grape varieties grown in old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede. Naturally fermented and aged for 15 months in new oak, it exudes refined minerality and a harmonious balance of acidity and texture.
Marc Kreydenweiss Au Dessus de la Loi 2022 is a refined and terroir-driven Riesling from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Andlau, Alsace. Grown on pink sandstone soils with southeast-facing exposure, this wine embodies purity and precision, showcasing bright citrus, exotic fruit, and striking minerality. Aged for 10 months on lees in large oak foudres, it delivers a crystalline texture and remarkable depth, making it a superb choice for seafood and elegant white meat dishes.
Family-run production with manual harvesting. Total destemming of the bunches without crushing the grapes, maceration and start of fermentation in vats, of the varieties separately and with spontaneous yeasts for 7 days. Fermentation was completed, 50% in used French oak barrels, and 50% in stainless steel tanks, remaining there for 10 months respectively. It was not fined or filtered.
Elegant profile, marked by ripe fruit, with very good structure and complexity. Ripe grapes of mature vine (35 years, facing south) but with the fresh surroundings of wild fruits, fine tannins and beautiful acidity.
This wine is a co-fermentation of 20% white grapes (mainly Gouveio, Arinto, and Rabigato) and 80% red grapes (mainly Tinta Barroca picked from the coolest spot in the vineyard near a stream and lots of trees), that is done in old granite lagars without any temperature control. After only 4 days, the wine went to a vertical press and then aged in stainless steel tanks over the winter for a gravity-led bottling without any fining or filtration. The resulting wine is low in extraction, low in alcohol, and wildly expressive and aromatic
A blend of five grape varieties, vinified in two different ways: in traditional lagares (traditional stone troughs) and in stainless steel. It was aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Very appealing in aroma, with ripe fruit but with extraction at just the right point to maintain balance.
Envínate Táganan Blanco 2022 is a stunning natural white wine from Tenerife, sourced from old vineyards planted on volcanic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A blend of native varieties, including Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, this unfiltered and unclarified wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for eight months on lees in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a mineral-driven, saline, and texturally complex white wine that beautifully reflects its rugged terroir.
These grapes were sourced from a centenary vineyard located 100 meters from the right margin of the Tâmega river in the Trás-os-Montes region, near the town of Vidago. Here the traces of the past are everywhere. A two thousand year old roman bridge crossing the river nearby. Monasteries from the 11th and 12th century as well as traces of history from two hundred years of the Kingdom of the Suebi. A Germanic tribe who controlled Galiza and Northern Portugal (from the 5th to the 7th Century).
