Fermented on skins for 10 to 12 days and aged on lees in concrete tanks, this unfiltered and unsulfured wine bursts with tropical and stone fruit aromas, herbal notes, and a fresh, zesty finish. A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential.
