A blend of native varieties, including Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, this unfiltered and unclarified wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for eight months on lees in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a mineral-driven, saline, and texturally complex white wine that beautifully reflects its rugged terroir.

A limited-production cuvée of just 600 bottles, part of the wine is submerged in a deep-sea cave in the Ría de Arousa for three months, enhancing its aging potential. Fresh, textured, and deeply expressive, O Branco is an Albariño like no other.
