The vintage of the resilient ones, the same vineyard, in the same profile of red wine with an elegant structure and long finish.
Clay-granite soil, dry and hot year. Maceration for 2 weeks, aging in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 2 years of aging in old 600L oak barrels.
Grapes were destemmed for a dorna, conditions of anaerobiosis were created. These remained in these conditions for 10 days, after these 10 days they were pressed in a vertical press. Finished the fermentation in a stainless steel bowl where it aged for about 3 months.
