Aged in neutral barrels on good lees. Minerality and salinity, great volume, good crema and freshness.
Cabeças do Reguengo Respiro Zizi Branco is a distinctive white wine made from a single high-altitude vineyard planted in the 1970s. Aged for 15 months in used barrels, this natural wine exudes elegance and vibrant minerality, with only 1,404 bottles produced.
