White wine from very old vineyards naturally farmed with minimal intervention in the cellar.
Traditional vineyard with free fermentation of whole bunches in the lagar, using carbonic fermentation. A light, old-fashioned, farmer's red wine.
Red wine from very old vineyards naturally farmed with minimal intervention in the cellar.
Traditional vineyard with free fermentation of whole bunches of red and white grapes in the lagar (traditional stone trough), carbonic maceration, short skin contact and gentle extraction. A young and fresh red wine, without additives, without nonsense.
Sulfite-free and unfiltered wine. Made exclusively with native Portuguese grapes from organic and regenerative farming. Fermented with wild yeasts. Fermentation occurred in contact with the skins for about half of the process. It did not undergo any type of filtration to preserve the wine's original elements.
