The cider is unfiltered and has a final alcohol content of 6% by volume.

A field blend of Tempranillo (80%), Garnacha (10%), and white varieties (10%), this fresh, elegant wine is aged for nine months in 500L barrels. Limited to 2,067 bottles, it delivers vibrant fruit, refreshing acidity, and soft, refined tannins.
