Envínate Táganan Blanco 2022 is a stunning natural white wine from Tenerife, sourced from old vineyards planted on volcanic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A blend of native varieties, including Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, this unfiltered and unclarified wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for eight months on lees in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a mineral-driven, saline, and texturally complex white wine that beautifully reflects its rugged terroir.

Matassa Rouge 2023 is an energetic and vibrant natural red wine made from century-old Carignan vines grown organically and biodynamically in Roussillon. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 8 months in 500L barrels, this unfiltered and unfined wine offers bright red fruit, herbal notes, and silky tannins.
