A blend of native varieties, including Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, this unfiltered and unclarified wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for eight months on lees in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a mineral-driven, saline, and texturally complex white wine that beautifully reflects its rugged terroir.

Sourced from two distinct high-altitude volcanic vineyards in Valle de la Orotava, this wine undergoes natural fermentation with partial whole-cluster inclusion and is aged for 11 months in old French barrels. The result is a light yet profoundly complex wine, showcasing red fruit, floral notes, and an earthy mineral core.
