Zimbro Cinco Marias
A blend of five grape varieties, vinified in two different ways: in traditional lagares (traditional stone troughs) and in stainless steel. It was aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Very appealing in aroma, with ripe fruit but with extraction at just the right point to maintain balance.

Uivo Cronológico Ancestral Pinot Noir
Blanc de Noir sparkling wine from the Pinot Noir grape variety, produced using the Ancestral method, without added sugar or selected yeasts. Bottled in 2018 while still fermenting, aged in the bottle until dégorgement in November 2025.

Clay-granite soil, dry and hot year. Maceration for 2 weeks, aging in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 2 years of aging in old 600L oak barrels.

Collares Reserva Tinto 1967
Ramisco is a unique varietal, native to this region, originating from ungrafted vines planted in the sandy soils of Colares. Old vintages, carefully preserved in the "volt" of Viúva, have acquired an onion-skin color. Aromatic notes of dried cherry and damp earth, while maintaining a pleasant freshness and lively tannins.
