The name "Altitude" refers to the altitude of the vineyards, which are located in the Serra de São Mamede mountain range, in century-old vines, with the main vineyard at 675 meters altitude. Natural fermentation and aging for 9 months on fine lees in cement tanks and oak barrels.

From each vineyard plot, using different winemaking styles. Cercial from the Douro, Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Verdelho, as well as some Chardonnay and Alvarinho, ferment freely in lagar and neutral barrels. Whole bunches in open vats, with partial maceration. Aged in neutral barrels on good lees. Minerality and salinity, great volume, good crema and freshness.
